Privacy Policy for Assignment Desk

This Privacy Policy governs how Assignment Desk collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the Assignment Desk mobile application ("App"). This privacy policy applies to the App and all products and services offered by Assignment Desk.

Assignment Desk uses the API endpoint https://api.globalacademicresearch.com to provide certain features within the App. The API may collect and use personal and non-personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy

Assignment Desk may share the collected personal and non-personal information with third-party service providers that are necessary for the App's functionalities, such as cloud storage providers and analytics services. • The Assignment Desk may retain certain personal information for a limited period of time for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.
• The Assignment Desk will make reasonable efforts to respond to the deletion request within a reasonable timeframe and will provide confirmation to the User once the request has been fulfilled.
• Users acknowledge and agree that deleting their personal information may impact the functionality and usability of the App.
