First Section

Scenario and Activity

You are working as an intern under a Business Analyst who is employed for a SME organisation.  You have to analyse and justify 3 various kinds of organisation in remark to Public, Private and Voluntary and classify to spot the difference between them. You have to consider their legal constitution, their important stakeholders as well as size and range. By conside4ring any one organisations, explain the functions of business and make an organisational chart to explain the inter-relation between assorted function.  Examine its consequence on the structure & the benefit and disadvantages of the inter-relationship among functions. You should also justify how this could be differ in another 2 organisations.

Second Section

 LO3 Use synchronous illustration to present both the positive and negative impact of macro environment on business operations.

LO4 Ascertain the internal strengths and weaknesses of particular businesses & also explicate their inter-relationship with reference to external macro factors.

Scenario and Activity 

in accordance to first section, study the actual environmental factors that influence your chosen organisation.

1. Discuss and identify the various macro environmental factors that impact on the business, by using PESTLE analysis.
2. Explain how strengths and weaknesses are interrelated with  macro factors.
3. justify how they influence decision making by Applying a SWOT analysis in order to determine the key strengths and weaknesses
4. Demonstrate the internal and external analysis of important findings and critically measure the impact of this on the business objective and decision-making.
