Present study will be based on quality management of Airbnd, it is the UK based leading hospitality company which is suffering from low quality management due to which company facing high customer turnover from the company. This will be cover the outline issues or problems being currently experienced by Airbnb. Further apart, manager of the company should focussing on the same following points such as they need to be examine the right capabilities and competence to improve quality issues. However, study will also help to define the use of Kaizen and benchmarking techniques to reform the management activities and gain customer attraction.

TASK 1

Outline the problems being currently experienced by Airbnd

As per the scenario Airbnb company letting their business down by cancelling 101 million booking at the last minute. Besides, on the basis of certain reviews or bad experience of the customers (Baka, 2016). Report claims that customers are totally unsatisfied with the services of the company in terms of bad and rude behaviour, unhelpful or failed to refund them properly. They also got the bad reviews on Trustpilot. It also gives negative impression on the company image. Some examples of bad customer services are Airbnb cancelled the booking of clients due to some unwanted circumstances and drooped an email to customers for cancellations. Another issue with the company is that lack of skilled employees and lack of accuracy in between the work. Along with that, it will be the another lack of negative impact on the profit of Airbnb services. Besides, another concern of the customers are facing the issues with the call centres of the company where call did not pick by the employees. Due to which customer facing huge negative impact on the behaviour of customer behaviour. On the basis of customer behaviour it also known as company irresponsibility and improper adoption of management quality. Clients also not happy with the service desolateness (Basu, 2017). As per the survey or clients dissatisfaction, it has been that company could not achieve their responsibility properly and fails to implement the process of effective working. Apart from that, there are some more reasons due to which company fails to implement the overall process. Moreover, it will be the long process of making good task oriented work which company needs to adopt in most appropriate manner.

Airbnb is the leading hospitality company in UK, due to some irresponsibility towards the work (Benavides-Chicón and Ortega, 2014). They facing lack of customer support such as Airbnb customer service is terrible it has said by the clients, after experiencing the service of Airbnb company.  From the last years they dropping down their customer approach and suffering from heavy dissatisfaction of customers.

The main issue with the company is lack of productive functions in operation management. It has been said that, customer is the unlawful company structure and more impactful decision making approach. It will be the more negative and ineffective process of making task. On the contrary, majorly most of the customers are facing the issues in cancellation of booking and late time duration.

Present study discussed the different issues and problems facing by the customers. Besides, in order to get over from negative challenges, study also has been discussed more issues and target market goals in order to meet the objectives of approaches. Further apart, report also discussed about the techniques could adopt by the organisation to make quality management more productive and impactful on the behaviour of organisation.
