Topic of research: Impact of on transforming into daily operation of McLaren Construction and how its competitors are making use of digital technology.
Background of study: Technology is an essential part of each organisation which assists all business functionalities. In order to completion of each task in easy and smart manner, digital technology reduces its efforts and save time for business (Bryde, Broquetas and Volm, 2013). Here the following project will be analysed about necessity and impact of digital technology on McLaren Construction in order to complete its day-to-day operational activities within a business environment in a relevant form. Beside from it, following study will be discussed about impact of digital technologies on the organisational operations. The project management plan in which covers, costs, risk time, communication and quality and resources will be developed within organisation. The major aims of this project to understanding the impact of digital technologies on transformation into the daily operations of McLaren construction organisation and how its competitors making utilisation of digital technologies to raising their productivity and profitability within industry. Appropriate reflection will be furnished with the researcher that would help in understanding how researcher attain the aims and objectives of the study.
The aims and objectives of the research project as below:

“To analyse impact of on transforming into daily operation of McLaren Construction and how its competitors are making use of it”.

Scope: After completion of research, the management of McLaren Construction will be able to ascertain the significance of digital technologies.
Time: The aggregate time of research is determined by the investigator, which is 54.5 days.
Communication: The investigator would engage with management of McLaren Construction in order to gather data about utilisation of digital technologies within organisation environment (Harrisand McCaffer, 2013).

Out of 15, 9 employees has said that, digital technology is essential for the organisation in case of improving its performances.3 Employees were disagreed with the utilisation of digital technologies. In addition, within 3 managers were not sure about it (Kerzner and Kerzner, 2017). Thus, it implies that, management of McLaren construction must implement upon its various business functionalities effectively.

Interpretation: From the survey, the questions has asked by researcher to 15 selected employees of McLaren construction which is, Why the company is current using out dated and non-digital methods within its day to day operations? From which, 8 managers has said that, the company is not using digital technology, they are still following out dated approaches to completion of their day to day operational activities. 4 managers were not agreed with it and 3 were not sure about it, therefore, it can be said that, the business is still using out dated techniques to functioning of its various business operational activities.
