Project management plan is help to formal and approved document. This will help to manage project report and successful research project. It will be solve different kind of business activity's like operation management, marketing, human resource management and accounting. The research will be based on different kind of methodology. On the other hand, research is based on impact of digital technology on business activity. Digital technology is help to conduct a new business in unique way (Ward, 2016). In addition, manager will be focus on aims and objective of investigation project, than produce project management plan for successful completion of research project.   • Operation management : Operations management is the only area of management concerned with designing and controlling. It will be focus on production and distribution of goods and services or redesigning business operation.
  • Marketing : Marketing department is use digital technology for improve number of customer in market place (Ramazani, 2015). It is used to create, keep and satisfy every customer or development of new product strategies.
  • Human resource department : Hr. department is focus on internal environment of business activity related to payroll benefit, hiring, firing and keeping up to date statues of internal environment of organisation.
  • Accounting department : Accounting department is part of organisation, which is responsible for preparing financial statement, maintain consumer accounting information, provide legal bill to every customer.

P.2 Project management plan

Project management plan is to be focus on detail explanation of overall project examination of internal and external factors (Keil, 2013). With the help of different types of activity, which is involved in project management plan like time, cost, communication and quality of work. In the same way, management activity is most important and help to solve any kind of problem in work place.

As per the above project management plan is to be focus on many activity's and every activity is based on particular time factor. On the other hand, work is to be completed on time with help of some factors are as follows :

  • Time : Time will be determine by researcher is 60 days.
  • Communication : The process of systematic planing, monitoring and implementation of channel of communication is called management of communication. It is one of the most important part for research worker. The researcher will be communicate with the internal management of organisation and collect proper information about management plan. On the other hand, communication system between manager and employees is must solve any kind of problem and build successful business project.
  • Cost : In this context, to complete overall project in successful way, cost is most important part for achievable research work (Polonsky M.J and et.al., 2014). In this way, work will be managed if all the cost must be allotted right place and at the right time. To be set a budget for every activity and as per the budget work is to be distributed accordingly.
  • Risk : Not a single project is risk free, so identify risk and issue factors. All such kind of factor is identify in first phrase of research project. In this stage, identify those factors which is give negative impact on research project (Porter, M.E et.al.,2019). Project manager will take some important stage to overcome different risks in future research work. Organisation must be focus on some strategies to solve any risk at research work.
  • Scope : H&M group will be used advance technology to improve current market share. They are able to use new and updated technology for help to change in management system (Basu R and et.al.,2017). The scope of the project will be identify up front to give business projects. All such factors are to be focus on able to search new application, which is help to attract more number of customer in market place.

P.3 Gantt chart and work break down structure

Work breakdown structure

In this context, organisation must be used work breakdown structure and every single step must be flow. This is help to arrange organisation in well structure format, so work is to be done in simple way. On the other hand, work breakdown structure is help to assign duty right person at the right time. In addition, Gantt chart is help for distribution of overall research work as per the date and other factor (Crane, A and et.al., 2016). This is help to find out the critical way and what activity required how much time to solve research problem. With the help of Gantt chart set a particular time for every activity's.

Research work is play a most important role to improve current market share. With the help of different method, which is useful in research method and appropriate method must be used for it. There to be used different kinds of methods are as follows :

  • Research philosophy : In research philosophy is to be focus on research time and some external factor must be used for it (Cleden, 2017). On the other hand, theories and other factors must be used to solve any problem in work place. The research philosophy are of different types such as Positivism and Interpretivism, which can be used for getting most appropriate results from a research study. In the present research positivism research philosophy has been used in order to identify the impact of digital technology on H&M.
  • Research design : In this context, research design is to be focus on research outline of overall research project. There are to be focus on some new techniques which is help and change as per the need of operation management. There are various research designs such as exploratory and descriptive. Exploratory research is conducted for issues that has not been studies more clearly, develop operational definitions and improve the final research. On the other hand descriptive research is known as a research method that determines the characteristics of the population or phenomenon that is studied. In the present report descriptive research has been performed in order to identify the characteristics of employees working in H&M to understand their thoughts or views with respect to digital technology.
  • Sampling : Sampling refers to the group of individuals, customers or employees for whom the interview or survey is been conducted in a research. There are two types of sampling such as Probabilistic and Non-Probabilistic. The research has used non-probabilistic sampling by selecting the respondents within the H&M. In this research work ask and fill the questionnaire or collect the proper information. All such is based on research aims and objective which is give positive outcome of overall research work. In this research examiner has chosen 40 sample size. The sample consist employees working in H&M.
  • Data collection : In this context, collect the data form different source and with the help of different method. This is one of the most important part of research work and collect overall information about profit and productivity must be improve profit. There are two most important types of data are quantitative and qualitative (Gangotra, 2016). Quantitative research is used in order to analyse and interpret numerical data such as numbers, statistics etc whereas Qualittaive data refers to the information which is in described form. They are been find in two different ways, first is focus on particular response of researcher and second one is numerical way. In addition, statistical method is used for it. In this research report quantitative research method is used to identify the impact of digital technology on the performance and profitability of H&M.
  • Data analyse : Data analyse tool is most useful part for overall research process. In addition, some advantages and disadvantages is also improved for collect such kind of information (Kendrick, T and et.al.,2015). Data analysis is helps in finding most useful information from the collected data and its interpretation to make it more meaningful. In the present research examiner has used thematic method for analysing data collected from the questionnaire.

In order to improve the performance level, there are certain set of aspects that can be taken in to consideration. This way, M&S can follow below given recommendation with the help of which improvement can be made:

  • Training to workers: To perform any activity in effective manner, it is essential to make sure that appropriate steps in which the areas that are needed to be improved are identified. When any of the employee is not able to perform their set of roles and responsibilities, then it has negative impact over the satisfaction of customers. Before providing training workers should be monitored so that the areas in which improvement that are needed to be made can be identified. As per the findings made workers should be provided with training. There are certain set of skills that are important and with training workers get to enhance their skills and capabilities in effective manner.
  • Understanding customers need and wants: Through social media and any other sources, company is able to develop strong relationship with their customers. When any post or advertisements are made, then management of the firm is able to identify the perception that are carried out by individuals. In this context, appropriate steps are needed to be taken so that they are able to determine the areas in which improvement can be made. Apart from this, feedback from customers should also be taken so that issues that are faced can be identified and steps should be taken to overcome them.
  • Budget management: In order to implement any type of digital technologies, it is important to make sure that proper planning of financial aspects are made. In situations when improper planning may affect the business and they fail in meeting the set goals and objectives. The amount of investment should be raised so that company can get benefited with implementation of digital technology.
  • Updating technology: With time, there are various type of changes that take place in relation with the technology that are being used within the company. When company do not update their system, then it affects the business operations and satisfaction level of customers. Focus on the firm need to be made on considering the updates that has come and need to use them in appropriate manner.
  • Suggestions from employees: They are the one who have direct interaction with customers. Any type of problem that are faced by them can affect the business operations in relation with customers. Suggestion from employees can help the business to determine the main issue faced by service users. Apart from this, it will also boost up workers as they will develop positive perception within their mind towards management.

P.7 Reflection

As per the research conducted, it can be stated that on personal basis I was able to enhance my skills and capabilities. At the initial stage I was facing difficulty in searching the most appropriate link that will help me to get adequate information. However, I was able to overcome this issue by going through all the content. Further, I identified that research aim and objectives are important and needed to be framed properly. These are considered to provide effective support that help to cover the research in effective manner. Further, I have identified that appropriate selection of research methodologies are needed to be done in order to focus on the research topic.

More specifically, I have learned that in conducting research there are ethical considerations that are needed to be made. In this context, proper information to respondents should be provided in respect with the research topic so that adequate data are provided. Further, all the secondary details used should be properly references and should also be written in own words so that risk of plagiarism can be raised. Further, I have got to identify that there are different type of methods that can be applied in order to gather information and in each of the methods there are tools which can be used. Selection of tools need to be done properly so that the sources are able to provide adequate information in relation with the research topic.

CONCLUSION

Form the above research report is concluded that operation management, marketing, human resource management and accounting. The research will be based on different kind of methodology. On the other hand, research is based on impact of digital technology on business activity. As per the above research report is to be focus on only those factor which is to be give negative impact and positive impact of digital technology in market share. Some changes will be made as per the guide of overall profitability and productivity must be change for it.
