On the basis of time, objectives will be completed to lead with the better functions and operations. The present project started on 1st February 2018 and completed on 19th July 2018. There are total 121 days taken to implement this project.

  • Approaches: In the present project, latest and modify technology requires target more people and better education system as well (Vukomanović, Young and Huynink, 2016). Approaches also helps to facilitate requirement of the student with implement Prince 2 approach.
  • Key staff and stakeholder analysis: Key staff are major consideration that assists to make effective functioning in the environment. In this way, managers of the company need to combine staff and stakeholder to work in the project.

QAHE wants to implement project with refurbishment in class room so that teaching process consider successful results and smooth functioning as well. It helps to gain better associated results. With the help of the Initiation documentation, appropriate date and time consider complete the whole project. Therefore, it is important to look towards the things that are managed properly. Along with this, stakeholder analysis lead to make interpretation that assists to make systematic work performance in the business environment (Martens and Carvalho, 2017).

All these are effective enough to make sure that the goals and objectives that are set for the project can be attained and that is to develop refurbishment of its teaching rooms and computing labs in the Birmingham Campus. More specifically, at the initial stage the project manager set out the goals so that focus is made deciding on the path through which it can be attained (Harrison and Lock, 2017). Then comes the planning part in which all the requirement like finance, human resource, materials are decided. In execution phase, planning made is executed employees support plays vital role. In monitoring and controlling phrase progress made is analysed and steps are taken overcome the risks. Last stage is closure phase in which final steps of project are taken in which project manager completes all the activities that were set initially. All the steps that were included are important to be covered and when these are completed as per the deadline and budget decided, then it becomes favourable enough to accomplish the project.

            Project align with the appropriate tools and techniques that assists to accomplish desired results with potential risk. In this aspect, following are certain major aspects and benefits included to gain and consider efficient risk management plan for refurbishment project:

Common language define that help to save time and money in the communication process. All roles and responsibilities define towards each individual towards working (Pollack and Adler, 2015).
  • Limitations: It also considers some limitations regarding roles and responsibilities to choose appropriate methods. Obstacles also manage in systematic manner so that effectiveness will be increasing (Samset and Volden, 2016). In this way, similar culture adopted which evaluate drawback in the methodology.

With the help of different advantages and disadvantages, project manager of QAHE need to implement PRINCE2 in better manner so that best outcomes will be gain in systematic manner. In this way, roles and responsibilities help to perform better work and guide in systematic manner. For instance, PRINCE2 in the chosen institute help to identify project in better manner and fulfil requirement as well. In addition to this, all people also working in systematic manner to gain positive direction as well (Fernandes, Ward and Araújo, 2015). Therefore, each and every person develop their positive direction to deal with the roles and responsibilities.

In order to carry the above report, it can be summarised that project management is important aspect that support to mitigate the risk in different consideration. In this way, suitable outcomes and results ascertain at workplace that requires for gain more systematic information.
