It has been found in the organisation that each and every employee and staff is well effective and committed to their task (Farndale, E. and et.al., 2015). Well behaviour and productive management also improves the performance level of employees. Moreover, there are different leadership styles and theories which helps to classified the human nature and give them best working environment in the company. Contemporary leadership styles is one of the most effective and suitable for the organisation. Three characteristics of contemporary leadership style is transformational, transactional and charismatic. In diverse culture or to manage the working in the organisation leaders adopts various styles of leadership to mange their employees performance. It is more easy for the person who handle the situations and give best cure in decision making process (Rodriguez and et.al., 2016). It is highly required in the organisation to empowers employees, values ethical behaviour, inspires others, for values communications, creates vision and many more. It plays a very necessary role in the divers culture. It gives strength and energy to perform the job in the best possible manner. Contemporary leadership and management has been increasing in diversity nature because of different types of human behaviour which is classified by the religion, nature, caste, gender etc. due to other factors they enhance the importance of management and leadership that is due to changes in political culture, changes in technology, human taste, behaviour etc. organisations will require to measuring the individual preferences and needs in order to creates some productive changes and business growth. It is required for organisation to manage their productive management environment. Moreover, another main reason to adopt contemporary leadership style is for that to manage the management style of management. Likewise, to manage the organisation nature and performance level of employees. Company needs to adopt positive behaviour among employees level. Transformational leaders leads employees by aligning employee goals with leaders goals. This style helps employees to focus on the major goals rather than what best for them. In multinational companies people comes from the different places they need to time to make comfortable in the organisations (Wrench, 2016.). For that. Sometimes it requires to for the organisation to involve leadership management. In transformational leadership style leader analyse the individual behaviour and adopt strategies accordingly. It helps to create equality among employees rather than inequality because of diverse nature. Besides, diverse culture also very much effective to bring new great opportunities for the development of organisations. Leadership approaches are very essential to make the different culture similar and also provides the best possible buy sines activities in order to make the working environment in the organisation. Moreover, another major objectives of the organisational leadership styles. Moreover, another necessary organisation work is to maintained the diverse culture in the environment which makes environment positive and productive. Besides, it is the another essential for the company to introduce different leadership styles for the betterment of organisation (Wrench, 2016.). Leadership management is the very essential kinds of work which influence behaviour of organisation. Moreover, this makes the productive environment in the organisation.
Diversity is very necessary for the organisation culture to improve the techniques and methodology for employees. Diversity creates innovative ideas and technology to perform the task. Besides, due to diversity in working environment employees get affected and influence in negative scenes. Due to which they give less interest on company performance. Diversity attract and retain the best quality employees through which company introduce creative productive environment. Moreover, diversity also creates more positive working relationship among employees (Wrench, 2016.). Through which employees get engaged with productive working environment. Moreover, another benefits of diversity is increased performance, greater productivity, appeal to a wider audience and innovative and creative approach. Moreover, diversity also brings negative thoughts among employees due to different changes. For that company needs to adopt effective productive environment and leadership styles to reduce the impact of diversity. Organisations must adopt productive leadership styles to make the impactful decision making process. Moreover, diversity is very essential and required task to perform the best possible action. Through company introduce new changes in the employees' performance.
