A way in which managers at Whirlpool could increase the level of output achieved by their employees is by continuous monitoring and feedback. Continuous monitoring would eliminate on-the-job mistakes and limitations and they could effectively guide the employees through their course of work. Regular feedbacks would help the managers manage the performance in a better manner as employees would know where they are lacking and what skills they need to brush up to be better at the workplace and enhance their experience.
